We are the official alumni association for UBC's Track & Field and Cross Country teams.

Our goal is to take the power of sport beyond a four year varsity experience, by creating a life-long community for student-athletes.

We believe that by capitalizing on the world-class resources available to us at UBC, we can create a truly differentiated program. By becoming a resource for student-athletes, alumni and coaches to turn to for advice, mentorship and support, we will: create a recruiting advantage that allows us to attract exceptionally well-rounded individuals; maximize the experience of student-athletes while they attend UBC; be instrumental in helping graduates launch their careers; and foster a sense of pride amongst alumni. Over time, as generations progress through that lifecycle, the impact of our organization will compound and produce greater and greater results.

Every successful race / jump / throw is the culmination of thousands of individual steps, reps, coaching tips, disciplined choices, etc… Similarly, any future success that our program has will be due to the small steps that WE all take: every like on Facebook; every Twitter follower; every drop-in at practice; every cheer at a meet; every inspirational story shared; every piece of career advice; every professional introduction—adds up.

There is now more to being a Thunderbird than just 4 or 5 years of eligibility; being a Thunderbird now goes Beyond the Finish Line—it lasts for life. Let’s help take this program to new heights. It is ours. Tuum Est.
